At Koehn & Koehn Jewelers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   - Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

   - Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

   - Items must be returned with their original gift box, warranty cards, certificates, and any accompanying documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   - Closeout items.

   - Special orders.

   - Altered pieces, including sizing adjustments.

   - Custom-made pieces.

3. Exchange Policy:

   - Closeout items, special orders, altered pieces (including sizing), and custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange.

   - We only offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value.

4. Gift Certificates:

   - Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

   - They may only be used for purchases at Koehn & Koehn Jewelers.

5. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return window.

   - Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

   - Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

   - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

6. Refund Method:

   - Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

   - For purchases made via credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase.

   - For purchases made via cash or check, refunds will be issued via company check.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

8. Final Sale Items:

   - Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
