"...we are from Wauwatosa. It is well worth the drive. We have not found any jewelers with your kind of caring and kindness and such a fun store close to us. Anything that I can do to promote your store I am happy to do. I'm not sure if you realize how outstanding your customer service is.
Every member of your staff goes way above what I would expect from another jeweler and it is that atmosphere and customer service that has brought me back. I am bringing my best friend out in the next week or so who has the same philosophy about service excellence. And while she is looking forward to our friends afternoon out with spa treatments first, and then seeing your store, quite honestly I know that I am bringing her there just as an excuse so I can come back again!"

I wanted to thank you both very very much for the attention and time you gave to my mom and myself on Friday in planning out her new ring. She couldn’t be more excited.
She’s never had that kind of attention nor had anything done for her that was one of a kind and she’s very happy. The special treatment and time and compassion that you shared with us was unreal and so appreciated. My family has always been relatively low on the income side raising 4 kids on very little income. Little attention was ever afforded to my mom and dad and extravagance was never a word in their vocabulary. Having this moment for her was one I know she will treasure for a long time and I can’t tell you how happy I am....

love my ring from K&K. I still get complements & questions and on where I got it.(I've have had it since 2001). The staff have always been friendly and helpful going above and beyond to help me find the perfect item or leave a hint for my better half.
I have found nothing but quality and value for each and every piece I have every gotten form K&K. I will continue to shop here for all the special pieces to capture those moments for years to come.
